These terms and conditions apply to all orders placed through our online shop. By submitting an order, you agree to these terms and conditions.

2. Returns and exchanges

Returns and exchanges are possible under the following conditions:

  • The items must be returned unused, undamaged and in their original condition.

  • Dirty, used, mouth-inflated or willfully damaged items are excluded from exchange and return.

3. Pre-orders

We offer pre-orders for certain products. Please note:

  • Pre-ordered items are handmade and may therefore differ from prototypes or sample images.

  • Since these are custom-made products, pre-orders are excluded from exchange and return.

  • All pre-orders are binding and cannot be cancelled.

4. Product deviations

Our products are handmade. Minor variations in color, shape, or workmanship are normal and do not constitute grounds for complaint.

5. Damaged items

Should an item be damaged during shipping, please contact us within 14 days of receiving the goods, providing clear photos. We will investigate the matter and offer a replacement or refund if appropriate.

Due to the handmade nature of our products, slight variations in color, shape, or finish may occur. These are not considered defects and do not qualify for returns.

5. Damaged Goods

If your item arrives damaged due to shipping, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with photo evidence. We will review the case and offer a replacement or refund if applicable.
